Belgian brand Komono (which means "little things" in Japanese) has been making a name for itself in watchmaking since 2009, before moving into sunglasses as a first step. A new day dawned in Antwerp in autumn 2016 for Komono, which revealed a brand-new collection of eyewear, available only from opticians. The frames give pride of place to glamour, vintage and simplicity, with classic men's and women's models in acetate, metal or combined. The emphasis is on design for a casual, youthful look. With the same precision of detail, the designer approaches these two everyday objects, one on the wrist, the other on the nose.
